Duties : Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and quality within the business. This will include improving manufacturing as well as visual standards, leading improvement activities such as Kaizen and 5S, to improve technique within the company.

Skills and Experience : You will be an experienced Quality Manager from a fast moving environment with extensive Lean Manufacturing and Quality experience. You will be a dynamic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who has a history of implementing and monitoring process improvements in addition to experience in dealing with Health and Safety issues. Ideally you will also have an understanding of Six Sigma practices.

Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on skills and experiences
