A leading aerospace manufacturer is looking for several Electrical Inspectors to work a 2 Year contract in a dynamic team involved in the modification of AH-1 Apache Helicopters.

The responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:

- Installing Aircraft Modification kits to industry drawings and/or service modification leaflets.
- Work to both military and civilian processes/procedures where applicable.
- Carry out modification work to existing aircraft electrical systems and strip down electrical systems and looms ready for modification.
- Install complete new avionic systems.
- Test newly installed systems using Aircraft Test Procedures.
- Rebuild and carry out functional checks to disturbed systems

Essential Knowledge/Skills/experience

- Have aeronautical knowledge and be familiar with either a civil or military way of working.
- A working knowledge of inspection approvals to a high level.
- Ideally have knowledge of the Apache Helicopter and be familiar with Form 700 military paperwork.
- A good understanding of aircraft electrical / avionic aircraft installations and systems functional checks.
