You will have to manage a small team and must therefore posses strong man management skills. For this role you should have strong communication skills as you will be expected to liaise between production, process and NPD. You will have set KPI’s that you should be hitting on a regular basis which will include reducing customer complaints and you will manage the quality manual and all BRC Accreditations.
