Are you passionate about development in the food industry? We are currently seeking an individual to join a successful and unique development team in an award winning business as an NPD Technologist who as aspirations to become an NPD Manager.

The Food Technologist role offers the candidate a number of accounts to work with and develop new products according to customer specification. In addition to this the role requires the individual to liaise with other departments with in the business such as Marketing, Production, Technical and Commercial to ensure the successful development of new products.

Reporting to the Product Development Manager you will support the Senior Development Technologist and develop products from concept through to launch. Working in a small team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the top retailers on a regular basis, developing products from concept through to launch.

Applicants must have a sound technical knowledge of the NPD process with strong presentation and communication skills. This is a genuine opportunity for someone to step into the NPD Manager’s shoes within the next 18 – 24 months.
